Section 21
Retention Of Lien
The Employee of the Legislature-Parliament Service shall continue to have lien over his post in the following circumstances:
(a) As long as he or she continues to function in that post;
(b) While he or she is on leave;
(c) While he or she is under suspension;
(d) While he or she is deputed by the Secretariat on other
business.
